Hi, I’m Sarah. I hired Zip Moving and Storage yesterday to move out of my apartment, and I had a great experience. Their customer service was excellent; they provided me with logistical details before the movers arrived. Mario and Jose were my movers, and they were fantastic—quick, friendly, and very personable. They dismantled my bed and had all my belongings loaded onto the truck in under an hour. They even sent a 30-minute courtesy reminder before arriving. Their minimum base rate is four hours, but they finished everything in less time. They are affordable and extremely professional. They’ve become my go-to movers in Georgia!

Miguel and crew were extremely excellent in my moving experience. They took their time ensuring my valuables were cared for, extra cautious in wrapping, maintaining, and carrying my glass furniture and massage chair. They worked from the moment they knocked on the door to the moment the move was complete. His team is an asset to this company and should receive the highest recognition!! I know they’d probably hate me for saying this but I would not recommend any other team to move if you are moving on the 4th floor or higher 😉 They are truly the best. Thank you for your care. Great customer service and excellent job on the moving day. The movers were very careful about the items and stayed to build back the beds so that we can sleep in the new house. They moved things quickly and helped us pack fragile items so that they don’t break during transport. All in all, I highly recommend them and will use them again if we decide to move.

I had Zip Moving do my move yesterday and they did an amazing job! There were two reasons I chose them despite working for a moving company myself and getting a bunch of other quotes- they were the most affordable, but they also accurately estimated my move time and cost. Other companies were quoting 3-4 men for 5-6 hours, and Zip quoted 3 men for 7-8 hours, which is what I was thinking it would take based on the walking distance at my new apartment. Even though they quoted more hours, their estimate was also the cheapest as they are running some specials this month. My move took exactly 7 hours, came within budget, and all the items were meticulously wrapped and nothing was damaged. I would definitely use Zip Moving again!

I’m long overdue in leaving this review, but I couldn’t let my experience with Zip Movers go unrecognized! I’ve moved multiple times—both cross-country and in-state—and this crew was by far the best I’ve ever had. From booking to moving day, the process was seamless and stress-free.

And let me take a moment to shout out Eduardo, David, and Erving—absolute rockstars! They were not only efficient and careful with my belongings, but they also problem-solved on the spot when faced with tricky dimensions. Their dedication and professionalism made all the difference.

One of the best parts? Zip Movers was the most affordable option out of all the companies I got quotes from, and the final price did not exceed the estimate—in fact, it was even cheaper than expected!

Eduardo and Daniel were on time and efficient. I had alot of stuff and they moved it all with ease and care. My total was higher than quoted but that’s because I didn’t take into account how many bags and boxes I had. Def recommend for quality and professional service!

We used ZIP Moving last weekend for a local move within the Atlanta metro area. The entire process was very professional and to our complete satisfaction. Eduardo and his crew (a team of three) were on time, and extremely professional, efficient and very polite. At no point was there any slack in the process. They were well prepared and equipped with their tools, and the team was very organized and coordinated very well amongst themselves.
We had packed nearly everything into boxes, and disassembled a lot of our furniture. They used stretch wrap and furniture pads to protect the furniture, and took care to avoid any damage to our walls and flooring.
All in all - a very good experience. We would happily recommend ZIP moving.
