This place is such a rip off! I paid $14 for 5 tiny chicken fingers and EXTRA fries. I checked my order before driving off and there were hardly any fries in the box. I said something and the guy said “that is extra we do everything by weight”. I’m so pissed and really sick of my hard earned money being wasted because people can’t provide anything quality.

Frozen cukes and tomatoes on a salad is weird. After doing cooks job a n tossing it off the salad it was pretty decent. The guy in the window tonight was very polite I may ask for his number next time .

First off, they don't allow you to walk in. The 1st Zaxby's where you Can Not dine inside. Epic Fail!!! Then how are you a new establishment,one of my favorite fast food restaurants, and you mess up a Big Zac meal twice. I was very displeased and the manager didn't do a better job at handling the situation. Chix was cold, not well done and the fries were not even done. So upset wasted my entire break there. You're too NEW for this...get it together

Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes even if you order ahead. Consistently under staffed. I also agree with the unusually small chicken fingers. Quality isn’t as good as other locations.

For this place to be new the employees hate their job!!!! They don’t greet you, it’s just “go head with your order” won’t be returning the attitudes are horrible

Wouldn’t eat here they have mold in the lemonade machine from lack of cleaning, they don’t clean the dishes right leaving raw meet in dishes and etc- former employee!
