I used your carrier for a move this week after a friends recommendation. The best move ever. The company was prompt, fast and efficient. I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve moved multiple times in the last decade and I will never use this company again. They were recommended to me by my apartment complex and they were horrible. Multiple items were broken. One item was beyond any kind of repair and had to thrown in the dumpster. Nothing was wrapped or protected not even my TVs. I’m having to repaint my entire bedroom suite ( end tables, gentleman’s chest, etc) because of the amount of damage that was done. Because I’ve moved multiple times I known how long it should take to move everything. The movers would not use a dolly and were carrying boxes out one by one instead therefore increasing the amount of time it took to load the van. When calling the main office no one would speak to me and the receptionist said someone would call me back but never did. The invoice I received the next day only had one hour deducted from the total hours spent moving me. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They charge you for each person who shows up to move you and charge a fee for the moving van which is only slightly larger than a pickup truck which was not listed on the quote I received. Choose another company this one is absolutely horrendous!

I needed to have a few pieces of furniture moved locally and Your Carrier was highly recommended. They were there right on time and the guys were very polite. The price was extremely reasonable and pricing was outlined on their website and also explained when I called. They used a Sprinter van which was perfect for a small move and kept the cost down vs using a larger truck which wasn’t needed in my situation.
