Management is never on site and the doors are always locked. Good luck getting help. I called the number on the door who said she would message and I would hear back as to how long before they would be back and it's been 20 minutes and no message yet. Last time I called the guy who arrived to help me smelled like weed.

Brett was extremely communicative and helpful during a hiccup. Very glad they resolved the issue. Finess, the supervisor was also very helpful and empathetic about the situation. Waiting on a call back to hear how they can make my experience even better. I will say, receiving that proactive communication really was next level customer care.

Just got a unit here at the newly opened Oak Point location. Been looking forward to it opening so I could make some extra space in my house and garage.

Jasmine was very friendly and helpful with getting me all set up with a unit that fit my needs. No high pressure sales trying to get me to get a more expensive unit which I’ve had at other storage facilities. She also didn’t try to take my money and kick me out the door.

All around great experience!!!

I love my space. It’s great and convenient for me. Honestly, I wouldn’t have even secured this office space if it wasn’t for the property manager, Alicia. I toured many spaces prior to this one and not one property manager made me feel as safe and welcomed as she did. Alicia is so thorough and truly a gem. This place would not be what it is without her. The professionalism, community expertise, and customer service is above anything I’ve ever seen before. SHE MAKES THIS PLACE.
