I booked a load with William Christian. I went to pick up the load at 10:45 am I waited until 7:00 pm before I decided to leave. William Christian didn’t give me a TONU or any dentition. Don’t haul anything for him! He’s not professional and lacks decency. He doesn’t care about truckers!

Two separate orders in the past month have resulted in XPO missing a delivery day entirely. The excuse both times... "they were not in my area that particular day", even though they had called and scheduled the appointment. The most recent incident prompted a phone call to ask for an update. All I got was attitude from a "manager" and he hung up on me. Listen Folks....look at all the other reviews about this unreliable company and AVOID them at all costs. There are much better freight carriers to use.

Booked a load with the Gainesville GA office from Monroe LA to Chattanooga TN on 12/11/23. Our truck broke down in transit the same day in Meridian MS which was 209 out of 500 miles. We report it to the broker and we are told that the load needs to be delivered ASAP. We said that we understand and we are willing to let them repower the load with our trailer in case they return it to us. They agree over e-mail to do that and we provide them the address and the location of the BOL so the load can be delivered without any issues. The next day, we ask them if they were able to repower it since our truck would be ready tomorrow and we can deliver it in case they weren't able to repower. After that they reply saying the trailer has been dropped off at the receiver in Chattanooga TN and we can pick it up. That has never been the agreement between us so we ask why our trailer was dropped off instead of returned to where it was picked up, we receive a reply saying: "Our power only truck was not able to return this back to your yard due to a family emergency. We can assist you in finding a power only to have this returned to the mechanics yard, at your expense." We literally showed them the email where they said that they would return the trailer and ask if they are going to pay us anything for the miles that we drove just to be told that we will not be getting anything. Not so long after that, we receive a phone call from the Account Executive by the name of Michael Barron who says that's the cost of doing business, why would I pay out of my pocket to return your trailer? Probably because you promised to return it and there was no need to deduct the whole rate. We asked if they could help us out by paying us at least $300 to cover the miles we drove and of course he would just say that he cannot pay us but instead he can return our trailer as a power only at our expense which we kindly decline. Not so long after that we receive a rate confirmation for $40.31 which can be considered as humiliation for a truck that drove 209 with 44k lbs of Packaging Materials for Coca Cola and ended up broken down, losing money on the repairs and downtime, and in the end having to go 300 more miles empty just to grab his trailer and start driving again after such a setback. Our response was that they can keep those $40 since that means nothing after that situation and we would not recommend working with this office unless you want to deal with rude people who have you drive for free and laugh in your face on the phone because of that. I believe they never had the intention to return it so they just lied to us to cover their behinds in the customer's eyes while humiliating the people who sacrifice their time and money to satisfy the needs of the big man. That is why we decided to reach out to the compliance team and terminate our contract with RXO because we are literally not able to afford so much losses in this market. Sad story is we got a platinum rating on the RXO portal but we will not be hauling for them anymore.

Broker Changes the load details and next day says the pickup location has changed and needs to pickup much earlier, because of their customers mistake now i cannot pickup the load and they are refusing a TONU, I like RXO but this Gainesville office needs to be shut down

Booked a grocery load through here for Associated foods. After loading and headed down the road, got stuck in standstill traffic behind an accident for 2 to 3 hours. The load was short timed, so I called and told Timur that the load would be late. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said yes, until he told me the first available appointment was a week out. My equipment is my own, so I told him no, I'll try to delivery it late. He agreed. I called Associated and they said, they would unload me, just don't reschedule. Timur/Tim was mad that I mentioned the load was short timed. So, when I made it to Associated to offload, they told me I couldn't, because the broker called and had the load rescheduled, knowing they wouldn't unload me if it was. This was an intentional action by the broker which was noted in the emails between the broker and Associated as Associated showed me, but wouldn't give me copies. This created a $4000 loss to my business, with no compensation. The whole time, the XPO manager made direct lies to protect the brokers actions. I would recommend never taking loads for this office, as they are very petty, costing carriers thousands over small disagreements.

Booked a load with Michael Hammock for Saturday pick up . My driver waited for 5 hours at the pick up and they told him at 10 pm they don't have enough product and wont load my truck. When I called the broker on Monday to ask for TONU and compensation for drivers wait time, broker Michael told me he will send me TONU and nothing else .He said that he don't care about us things like this happen even though he was the one assuring us that the load is good 100% (see attached picture) . Don't want to do business with brokers that don't appreciate drivers and carriers.

Booked a load as a solo for pick up Saturday morning, the broker didnt respond when we told them this would be delivered late. We were late to the delivery due to the shipper loading us late. On Monday morning the day of the delivery they say this is a team load. They planned the load wrong and tried to pin it on us. We have been communicating efficiently since we picked up the load and the broker Kevin couldn't even have the decency to reschedule this load for delivery OR EVEN RESPOND. When we asked if the receiver would take the load same day they didnt respond, I asked them if we can know in advance due to the load being high value and the bay area not having any safe secure truck parking. This is the third time we worked with this specific broker and he's so unprofessional, people like him are the reason brokers and carriers dont have a good relationship. He's lucky XPO is important to us
