Something needs to be done about their monkeys here at vitro in the falls. Bad enough they run fast as they can in the lots, they are also trying to push out every other driver from parking at the south lot. They now have managed to push everyone off one side of the lot and are now trying to do it to another. Also running raggady equipment that wouldnt pass an inspection even if they tried.

Drivers- wherever u are from, AVOID this place at all CO$T$, before it ends up Costing you. This IS NOT a good place to start. Management here will cut your throat in a heartbeat. If it were possible to leave NO Stars, that would’ve been my rating for 1845. If u don’t believe me, well, enter at your own risk here. It’s not worth it. There are other places u can start at that pay more. Pleez, make the wise choice & don’t waste your time here.

Oh, & the 4 & 5 star reviews u see below (& above), are fake reviews by 1845 staff hoping to counter the negative reviews on here. This place absolutely sucks. No Coordinates, No Text Msgd loads, they dock your pay here for very stupid reasons. Trucks here are old, & break down often, too many stupid rules under the guise of safety, management & dispatch have no real world experience dealing with trucking issues out on the road. They refuse to give u coordinates to the well site, but hypocritically don’t want u to handle your cell phone following their turn by turn directions, yet want u to pay the expense of your own logging device instead of using / utilizing Qualcomm.

1845 is absolutely ridiculous, rules on top of rules. They are passed off as safety when in reality it’s a bunch of bs, who wears full ppe to loading facilities? Then if the di**head safety guy Kevin sees you there without it on he will write you up. His position is made up and I hated him and all the rest of the dumb rules they had. They don’t keep work and the doors are barley staying open. If you are a real sand hauler do yourself a favor and find a real company

If 1845 wants to make up bs rules for their drivers, that's your prerogative. However, making up extra work for people that don't work for you is not. As long as a driver follows SLB processes and procedures this should be sufficient seeing as this is the customer and they make the rules. What you have your coordinators do on staging pads is beyond ridiculous. It's as if you wish to legitimize yourselves.
