Extremely Unprofessional Broker – BewareExtremely

We booked a load with this broker, received the rate confirmation, and made plans accordingly. Hours later, the load was canceled without any explanation. We later found out the real reason: they gave the load to a cheaper carrier, despite already confirming it with us.

This kind of behavior is unethical and shows zero integrity. Once a confirmation is sent, it's a commitment — not just a placeholder until they find a better deal. This broker wasted our time, cost us revenue, and disrupted our dispatch schedule.

If you value professionalism, reliability, and respect for carriers, avoid working with this broker.

We won’t be doing business with them again — and we recommend others think twice before trusting them with your time and resources.

Broker was very rude to my manager and hung up on her multiple times. We finally got set up after dealing with this broker for around 20 minutes. Working professionally is not hard, no need to be rude to other people and wasting time just because broker might be having a bad day. If you work in logistics you should not be having to waste time with people like this. Being respectful and professional goes a long way. Do not go with these guys unless they are your last choice whether it be to book a load or use them for their logistics needs if you are a customer.

As others have said, no communication at all! When problems happen you can't get ahold of anyone to solve the issue. Customers relay info to them then they don't relay it to the driver on the load. Then diver has to sit for 2 days to get a resolution. Very unprofessional, and the perfect example of the problem with freight brokers!

We got invoiced and sent to collections after they billed us for another company! Not our orders, not our UPS account, nothing matching up and we definitely 100% did not have a freight pick up. We told them we are being confused with another company with a similar name and I’m hoping they rectify this. I’m changing to 2 stars for now because they will attempt to fix this but will change depending on outcome.

Worst Broker after TQL to Book loads with, they book loads and don’t know the meaning of communication, trust me if not try it, you will regret for sure. And of course you will miss next pick up.
My opinion don’t even bother doing Business with this Broker.

Do not use this company. I have lost thousands on lost packages and missed freight delivery. I've show them video evidence of packages picked up and package was mark not picked up. Then was deny of my claim. Saying item was not on picked list. Highly not recommend. Stay away from this company. Worst customer service ever as well. They do not respond to your emails.

If you are a carrier looking to get paid for your services to worldwide, good luck. furthermore, trying to actually speak to someone about getting paid is impossible. they owe me $2,000.00 from back in august of 2023, no response to emails and they do not answer their phones.

their dispatchers will pick up no problem, payables? haha.. not happening. filing on their bond, so i guess i will need to wait a bit longer. what a joke.

It has been a pleasure working with the Worldwide Express team. The Managers quickly respond to emails and the team is quick to support them when dealing with lost, missing or damaged packages. We never feel out of touch with our Representative and I can always call on them when I need help. 10/10 best shipping vendor I have the pleasure of working with.
