Zero stars: This company manages distribution for one of our product lines, and has caused my business thousands and thousands of dollars in lost product, unsatisfied customer and negative reviews against my company, solely due to Warehouse Services inability to manage their logistics. When ordering 4 products, they will ship 10 different. More often than not, product goes missing. I have thousands of dollars of products missing by my customer, and I am paying for new product for these customer. My customers have had to take time off work, to return misc. products they received that we not part of their order (large value items). I strongly advised anyone to not hire this company for any warehouse and distribution. It will cost you both customers, resources and negatively impact your bottom line. When you try to have productive change made, it will not happen.

It’s been over two years I’m in trucking but I have never experienced such an meaningless security, I recently add endorsements to my licence so DMV gave me paperwork to use it until I get my license, but these people are so confused they don’t except that paperwork and refused me form the deliver, they need proper education before denying my paper license by saying it’s not valid, I even talk to the manger name Paul he’s not even sure, if it’s a valid or not, how can someone drive semi truck without valid licence, please educate yourself before making it hard for drivers.

Ok so i had a pickup by 5am for nearly 20 thousand weight i checked in by 4:50 am i docked the trailer by 5:05am and came back after 3 hrs just for checking how long does it gonna take the guy said usually it takes 4hrs so you have to wait 4 hrs then after 4 and half hour and i went back then the guy said its not gonna be loaded until 1:00pm i asked him why is taking so long then the guy started giving me d/f reasons the forklift guy is not here the guy got late blah blah…..just the regular reasons that they give to every driver then i went to office and asked him the rudely guy told me ok if its taking long what the hell you want me to do…..
The worst warehouse i ever got….wish i can give them 0 star

Worst company ever they say and lie to you that there about family and then fired me when my brother was on his Deathbed and I've been with the company for 2 years this place is a joke worst safety issues poor ran by management and the CEO likes to bad-mouth you to other facilities I gave these guys perfect attendance until I had issues with my brother and they just fired me and any company that buys tires from here should not they don't properly check the dot or year of tire
