Have absolutely terrible hours. If you needed to speak with them or conduct business in person you cant. They open late and close early. Not to mention closed on the weekends. If you have a full time job you’re screwed.

I love shopping and utilizing locally owned businesses. And this definitely is. Its locally, family owned and operated.

It's a huge facility, extremely wide 10 foot isle between the units. The buildings clean inside and out. In fact there was a little touch up painting happening while I was renting a unit.

#1, There are no public restrooms so go before you come or hold it. Lol. #2 No pets allowed.

There is an automatic door when walking in the main entrance. Which happens to be covered, so you can unload when its raining and not get all wet. Of course that's only for the temp controlled areas.

There is both indoor and out door units as well as boat and RV storage. Its wheel chair accessible and plenty parking too.

I love you can go in and out 24/7. They never close. They also sell locks for the Unites in the office. Very convenient.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. As for the bad review someone left about pest in their outside unit. I wouldn't let that hold you back from coming here. She was told not to use cardboard boxes in outside units and disregarded that advice.

You know, common sense tells you anything outside stands a chance of attracting insects and pest. He reassured me there is pest control measures in place.

When they offer you insurance for you stuff when you first sign a rental agreement, they should tell you it's because they have rats the size of footballs that will DESTROY everything you put in there! I don't own many nice things but everything I have, I have work extremely hard to buy myself and my son, including his first big boy bed bed, which is now a rats den. I needed a place to store our things while I find a new home, and now everything Is completely ruined! Unless your storing tools or something that absolutely can't be chewed through, DO NOT use the storage facility!
