The Oximeter I purchased from Oxygen Solve broke down completely after just 4 months of use. I wrote to Oxygen Solve, giving the purchase date, and requested a replacement meter. First, they required me to send a video of the non-operational meter, which they reviewed. Then they required that I provide detailed transaction information on the purchase, which, again, I did. After complying with all their requests, they refused to replace the defective meter and had the nerve to offer me 10% off if I purchased a new oximeter from them! Since they DO NOT stand behind their product, I certainly would never purchase from them again, and warn others against doing business with this company

The company runs fraud business, and I hired a lawyer to go after them

1. I've shipped a container through them, It's always 1 month to deliver, they took 65 days and refused to provide any documents to explain the delay

2.Once the goods at their hands, they directly raised their pricing, and thats a reason why they never have the pricing published online, its more like blackmailing as they got your goods in hands, pay or else

3.You have to charge and pay more in advance, so if you need to ship out a $100 order, you must have +$100 in account, not a $100

4.They charged me 18% hire than the UPS/Fedex pricing, once i found they charge hire than marketprice and confess them, they agreed to lower the pricing yet refused to refund the over charge

5.I attempt to buy shipping and send them a prepaid label (and they still charge for handling fee + labeling fee) , they said will charge $15 extra to call the shipping for pickup, or if used UPS and Fedex, it means $30 to call them

6.On Dec 2020, I had more orders due to the peak time, they confirm dispatching, but found out the order delayed somewhere between 15-28 days before actually sending out

7. Whatever the currency you use, EURO, GBP, USD or even RMB, they will play the blackmarket currency conversion rate, so if the rate is like 1.4 , they will charge you as 1.7

8.If you tried to lower the cost by purchasing through your own shipping account or moving the inventory to different 3PL, they will charge HEFY fees and take 90 days to send out, as well they damage the inventory ON PURPOSE, so the removed inventory is no longer sellable
