My experience is good so far. The only bad thing about them is they are very strict to appt. They want to come sharp at your app time. Then they check you in and then then send you a text with the door number and after done they send another text to get your paperwork. Its a huge warehouse they have some spots to park if you come early. Flying j is down the road like 1 mile away.

new warehouse, work has not been completed at all. Unload 2 pallets, wait 5 hours. Acceptance is strictly by appointment at night, there is no overnight parking, but there is Loves, Flyng nearby. very little parking space at the dock. I don't recommend it.

Exit 104 on 95.  Head 207 E.  Pass the Love's and Valero Gas Station.
Right turn at the light (Camel Church Loop 652) head down & Follow signs.
-Come in only 30 minutes before your appointment. They won't let you check in.
-Lumper is only EXACT cash or physical checks. NO CODES.
- Check in with Guard; Show paperwork & show your ID. They'll check Temp & Seal.
-Drive & Park at the Staging Area.10MPH & Blinkers ON↔️
-Put your Safety Vest & Walk to Receiving's Office. Fill out the paper they have at the window. Get in line; They'll give you a door or call you for a door.
-Break seal, open your doors & back in.

I suggest you go to sleep. It will be a while. They'll give you a call when they're done to go pay the Lumper & pick up the paperwork.
Always verify that you have ALL your paperwork.

This place gets really crowded & parking won't be the easiest. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

Fast on unloading, been there several times, on both sides, perishable and frozen, every time less then 2h.
Only downside, if you're paying lumper you have to have physical check or EXACT CASH AMOUNT, they don't have checks and they DON'T GIVE CHANGE

Place is interesting in the least, they say they will call you with paperwork that never happens. (The number on google maps will work to get a hold of receiving). They say they have overnight parking but you will get your door knocked on between 8-9am. Docks if you’re coming on Sunday or Tuesday prepare for New York City backing style and cluster city. Hope this saves everyone for the future.

My appointment time was 11:59 pm got here at 5pm was told to come back at my appointment time came back at 11:45pm told me to come back at 11am tomorrow that they are only off loading reefers oh ! Be prepared to wait in line inside. I guess they changed my appointment without letting me nor my dispatch or broker know. I guess I am spending the night here as there's no available parking anywhere else update next day now having electricity problems cant check anyone in oh! And watch out with other driver we got our trailer swiped (hit) last night in their parking lot now 12 noon now we got a word from them to wait till they call us with a dock number dont mess with them when they are eating u are not existing to them this place is a joke the only good people is the in the gard shack when u come in super nice they should fire all the people in the office and let the gard shack take over finally out at 3:30 pm plus a lumber fee

Delivered several loads here. They are VERY strict about the "Do not try to check in more than 30 min before your appt time." Policy. Nice people work here. Backing is a little tight when they are busy, but its doable. Had to pay lumper once here. The other 2 times; no lumper. Hit or miss I guess. Not a bad experience.

There is absolutely no reason to call people at 4 am over and over again..... and then they don't leave a message..... do better.
