Very dishonest & corrupt business. Assesses $75 fines for late pickup/delivery (even if you're late by only 10 min) appointments, rescheduling appointments, and any other thing that is perfectly normal in the world of shipping and freight. Worst part is they DO NOT disclose the fees either when you're booking the appointment or any time other than when they hold your freight hostage and demand payment.

I sent an email to customer service to argue about a fee because it was NOT disclosed and next thing you know I have the owner Bill Woods calling me, immediately yelling at me and threatening to never send another truck there again.

Do NOT use these as your 3PL EVER!

Very clean facility, but, The owner seems to be some sort of criminal. He gets his lawyer to declare that if goods are on his premises then he gets to keep them. I was listed as agent for the man who signed his "contract"but he will not let me move the items as I was instructed to do while the contract signer is out of the country. I guess he is trying to rack up charges. I don't know, but given the choice I wouldn't do business with this guy.

Arrived 10 min late and was told to wait until the next morning and that they started at 7 am . It's 10:30 am the next morning and they still have not started loading. What a waste of time
