Years ago I used my personal time which is to be used “personally ….at your will” because my child was sick at daycare. And they fired me because a manager named crystal didn’t want to “ work with me anymore “ 😂 so I had the available time off balance to use but was fired for using it because that old witch was envious of all the young women that worked there ? …. I was a single 19 year old mother doing the best I could during that time at that? … anywho biggest blessing ever yall be safe though.

Not bad at all appointment was for 1100 got here 0945 check in they call me at 1055 for my door took paperwork in office it’s 1217 they unloading me got a call at 1348 so it took them over an hour to get paperwork ready but I’m rolling out now

The name keeps changing but it’s still the old Kroger DC. I have had a few deliveries here and depending on what you are bringing in could delay your appointment or keep you for hours, expect that especially if you have a reefer. You know they have to check each box for counting.
No there is no early access, up to 3 or 4 hours before your appointment and that is subject to change, except it.
No parking on the side street!
Racetrack and Quick Trip is already crowded as you read this and towing is at and all time high, especially on the weekends! There is a paid parking right across for QT with showers included in parking. You can park make your delivery and return! Parking on ramp is a no no and you will get a ticket as of 5/01/2024 so try your luck! There are parking at other properties and can be found in the Truck parking club app! It’s free to join!

I’m not sure why this place has a lot of negative reviews, but my experience here was fantastic. I had a 1am appointment, arrived at 23.50 and I was asked to go to the staging area. At 12am, they called me and assigned me a door. At 1:30am, I was empty and ready to leave, but I decided to stay on the dock since I couldn’t find any truck stop around and they don’t allow you to go back to the staging area after being unloaded. I was lucky enough no one was assigned to that door until 6am. Thank you so much Kroger.

I know how big distribution centers are so I’m certainly not here to discredit the negative reviews by any means. I will say that I showed up two hours and forty minutes early for my appointment and sat in the staging area for maybe about ten minutes. Docked the truck after a phone call and was fully unloaded and out two minutes before my original appointment time, so less then three hours. A lot of it depends on what exactly you are hauling and fortunately for myself I was hauling a lot of the same product. The staff was as nice as you are to them, I always try to be pleasant and understanding and they absolutely reflected that. The appointment was at 23:30 so maybe the night staff is better- or maybe they are the same as day I have no idea this was my first time. Hopefully they are just doing better these days and all you other truckers are treated just as good and effectively as I was from here on out.

Got here at 12:08pm my appointment was at 1:30pm. Got a door at 1:31pm did not start unloading me until after 4pm. Finished going on 5:30. They have you unhook from your trailer pull five feet while getting unloaded. Most of the employees were friendly. Must have safety vest.

There is a young black male who works at the delivery gate and his attitude is horrible. His instructions are trash. He makes it very difficult to do anything. He only stated turn right. Nothing more. No wait til we call for a door or anything. I had to turn around and ask again because I didn’t hear the first time seeing was walking away. I asked if he was stalking to me. He rolled his eyes and stated yes. With a long pause. I asked ok what did you say. Omg like if you don’t like your job please kick rocks elsewhere cause damnnnnn!!!
