When I read the reviews, I was shocked. But everything went pretty quickly. I arrived two hours early. They let me in and gave me the door in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Unloading a full trailer took 35 minutes. I picked up the documents in 10 minutes. Overall, great, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

bru two hours to get my lumper receipt is krazy avoid this distro center like the plague we have to risk our lives getting the freight here then they make you wait another two hours to get you outta here took 30 minutes to unload now i’m just sitting here waiting i drive a daycab this is ridiculous for drivers to have to deal with soon as amazon fixes my acct i won’t have to deal with this bs no more 👌🏾🗑️

Absolutely ridiculous experience at the WinCo Foods Distribution Center in Modesto, CA. I checked in at 4:00 AM with just 11 pallets. They unloaded everything within an hour, and I paid the lumper fee immediately. But now it’s 9:24 AM and I’m still sitting here waiting for paperwork. This place clearly has no respect for drivers’ time. Holding someone for hours after unloading is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re a trucker, avoid this place if you can — they’ll waste your whole day for no reason. Total joke of an operation.

I've delivered there a couple of times, the staff is always friendly. There is room to maneuver, no straight backing but you still have a decent amount of room to back into your door. The times I've been there I've been in and out within an hour.

An enjoyable delivery. I was able to come in and park on-site until my appointment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dry receiving clerk is beautiful. She is so kind and a pleasure to work with.
I look forward to delivering again

Upon coming up to the guard shack you have to turn your truck off and get out and come up to the window. Understandable. The sign on the window stating that drivers are not allowed to have food delivered to them, stating the delivery drivers will be turned away at the gate is immediate -5 stars if possible. These warehouses hold us hostage bad enough as it is and now they expect drivers to go hungry while being held hostage. Not all trucks have a fridge in it. If you are coming here, make sure to bring food. Hopefully you don't need it, but better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Truck drivers are just subhuman and just don't deserve to eat the food we carry across the whole country I guess. Absolutely ridiculous.

Arrived at 830pm for 930pm appointment. Checked in at guard shack and was told to park in staging area until called for a door. Got a door at 845pm. Check in at receiving office at door 335. Restroom available there. Check in with lumper then to. Started unloading 3 pallets at 925pm. Lumper text to pay at 1040pm. Paperwork ready at 1056pm. Out at 11pm.

Why can’t other Capstone operated locations be like this one? Checked in 2 hrs before my 2100 appt and got assigned a door at 2000. They unloaded a full truck and I had paperwork in hand out the door by 2200. It was a frozen load btw. I would definitely deliver to this place again.
