Nobody is in a hurry here; they unload all night long and it takes a very long time. Plus, it takes several hours to prepare the documents, maximum one star

You can check in early at the guard shack, and you will be told to park in the staging area. You receive a call according to your appointment, and you can not park there once empty. You have to leave the premises. No overnight parking. Unloading time wasn't too bad, I was empty in a couple of hours. There is a lumper at this facility.

This place sucks just as the people that work in the entrance and in the 100 perishable receiving i when to deliver 3 pallets got there at 11:00am had my appointment at 3:00pm it was 6:00pm and they still haven't finished definitely.These people have a job only thanks to us the truckers give theme a 0 stars

Very polite crew here. They are quick. In and out in 2 hrs or less most of the time. Lumper fees are very reasonable. Love coming to this place.

WinCo offloading employees are awful, unconscious human beings!!!! How can they send notice that you have been offloaded and ready to go, and paperwork takes hours to be handed to you, ooooh, but then they decide to take lunch before that, unconscious employees!!!! Management needs more training on how it's done!!!! They have employment because of drivers, take care of them, and prioritize responsibilities.

Poor service and waste a lot of time without any reason. Unloading done in less than one hour and wait for paperwork take time of 4-5 hours. Very disappointing and no value for drivers time

My appointment time was at 7:30 in the morning. I arrived at 6a and got me a door quickly.They unloaded me fast. However, who ever is in charge of the paperwork is slower than cold peanut butter in the winter time going uphill.BE PREPARED TO BURN CLOCK!!

Take 4 hrs early but they call near ur appointment time take 4-5hr unloading depends on product charge lumper
