I came here to notarize a couple of documents I translated to Chinese, and they were incredibly helpful and efficient! I've had problems in the past with documents at TECO being rejected for specific details and Stephanie went above and beyond with helping me check the translation to make sure everything was good.

Thank you Shawn and Stephanie! I had an important package that was lost by the post office. I let Shawn at Wilshire Shipping know after the tracking didn't update for 5 days. So they had me bring a replacement package, and they shipped it out overnight by UPS at no charge to make sure my mom got her package by her birthday. Always great customer service when I come here. Very well ran business. Everything from mail shipping options, mail boxes, smoke shop with snacks and drinks. Great location with street parking and parking garage. Highly recommend this shipping center if you are in Koreatown.

Stephanie is phenomenal, kind and patient! She helped us out with our notary documents. It’s our first time getting our stuff notarized and she guided us the whole way! When I made a mistake on the document, she pointed it out and made sure I have a chance to correct it before we conveniently mailed out our documents with her. Definitely coming back to Wilshire Shipping Center!
