Got accepted a while back to be on the dump division. Agreed with recruiter about what day would be best for me to attend orientation. About 3 days or so before orientation was set to happen, recruiter called me to verify details and ask if I had any questions... At this time I told him I was excited to become a part of the dump division and that my kids would love to see my truck in my yard and all, at which he told me I could not take my truck home because I "live 9 miles in the wrong direction"... THEN I talked to one of their actual dump drivers a few weeks later at the Loves in Ina, IL. I asked how long he'd been there and all and how much he made a week pulling a dump trailer... with 25 yrs experience with the SAME company, he said only GROSS $1100 to $1300 a week... no thank you!!

Called to see what they have to offer. Lady in HR answered with a harsh-raspy voice (no problem really) and I asked her what the pay was for experienced driver running midwest/west/south and she stated they are paid by the hour now at $22.00 when driving only. That relates to about .36 a mile. When I told her thank you but I cannot accept that she hung-up abruptly saying "good luck". How can any drive accept that kind of pay today?

Your driver on 06.23.2024 at about 515 est on the I-95 in Florida cut off about 40-50 cars waiting to exit at yeehaa junction as we all had been waiting to exit for over 30 min and the truck stopped on thd 95 blocking the 2 land of traffic cab number 5000

I’m writing this review as a motorist. I commute on I-81 almost every day. The drivers that work for this company are courteous, professional, safe and good drivers. There are sooo many trucking companies that seem to hire just anyone and it shows when they are out on the roads. Wiley Sanders company definitely stands out as one of the best companies for hiring safe and well-trained drivers. I never have to worry if I’m passing one of the trucks or if I’m in slow traffic near one. So many other truck drivers will literately come straight over on cars or just drive dangerously. This company should be proud of the safe and courteous drivers that they employ. I wish that all of the companies cared this much about who they hire. Thank you.

Your driver in 4517 hauling trailer 710 is a straight up super trucker. I attempt to pass him with a run (governed at 68) and he matches my speed for like 5 minutes. I just let off because his ego's the size of texas and he flips me off.

We in 2024 and instead of assuming something and checking to see if it's false we just see one side of a story and are not concerned about the other side then also they ask for race and gender if my spirit as a women is dismissed why even ask for my gender! The laws that are designed need to be changed this company and many southern companies always belittle and derail the African American Women!?
