Just needed some Bender washers and Tractor Supply just didn't have what I was looking for I came over here to Wilco Farm Store in my goodness and every washer in the world and lock washers 299 a pound how can you beat that I grabbed a whole bunch of washers I now have every washer I'll ever need no need to write down on the back how many or what number the Ben was but all you have to do is say 299 a pound weigh him up it's a great deal of the store has everything you need for a farm and home check it out it's great

Although I only have shopped here a few times so far, the employees have treated me with so much dignity and respect! They are understanding, good at their jobs, and you can see that they work hard all day! That's a sign of good management AND good employees.

This review is for the chainsaw department only. I purchased a saw in early November because the other shops were closed. They had a manager special that select saws come with a carrying case, chain and hat. They didn’t have the kits in stock at the time and took two months to come in. I pick up my kit and they tell me the free chain doesn’t even fit the saw I got and that I have to get a different sized bar. Quite a special to take two months to come in and then it’s not even all for the saw you purchased. Never purchasing equipment here again.

The cashier Tori is always so rude to me when I go in. Can’t even ask her a question without a rude reply. This is on multiple occasions. It’s to the point I don’t feel comfortable shopping there anymore. Sad cause I like the store but I now go to tractor supply.

Well merchandised store with a nice layout. A big hardware store with rural supplies. I'm not local so I can't comment on the service really. Certainly worth looking at if you are passing through.

I have called 3 times over a one week period of time trying to get a grooming appt for my dog. I continued to get a recording stating the groomer was busy with other dogs and would return my call. I realize they are busy but it shouldn’t take a week to get a return call. I’ve never had this problem before in getting a grooming appt. I have decided to take my dog elsewhere. I will not be returning to Wilco in Sonora for pet grooming.

Horrible experience. Came in found a ropers rope on clearance for 27 dollars so excited went to pay lady asked me if I wanted to sign up I said I don't share my info. She said I could 9nly get the clearance price if I gave my info. I told her my personal info not for sale. She didn't get it so I explained ur telling me I get 29 dollars off but only if I give my info. That was a clearance price not a members only price She said that's the policy . If there policy is they only offer clearance items to members then that should be stated. Just a mimic to get my info

Normally I have never had a problem, but today I went in to buy a hat and work boots after work. I knew it was close to closing but I knew what I wanted. Before I got 3 steps in I was informed that there was 15 minutes to close. I walked to where the hats were and another person approached us with a 10 minute warning, within one minute. At this point I had lost all enthusiasm to make a 2-3 hundred dollar purchase and told my wife I’m done. Not one person offered to help me complete my task, just that we were pushing their timeline. Congratulations Wilco, I have enjoyed your store for a few years, but I think I’ll be just fine
