This places sucks, unprofessional reciver, complete waste of time. Make sure you park outside on the street where it says NO PARKING before you check in at the guard shack because that's logical... than wait about 5 hours just for the paperwork once your unloaded. What kind of upside down place is this, God damn

First at all you must park at your own risk on street parking. I checked in at the guard at 09:30pm, and that gentleman set up my entry at 10:45pm, but as there shift changed, and I was there at the gate 10:42pm. Like 3 minutes earlier.
So the guard, she made me U turn, just because I was only 3 minutes before my appointment.
So, what do you say about: I say it’s really rude, and I notice other drivers were complaining about her too .

For a truck driver delivering to Wakefern the process has been much improved lately. Guards at the security shack for check-in are very good as is with receiving in the lumper service. If you had to pick a negative, the lumper service can be pricey at times

I have three pallets . Appt at 2:00am I check In at 01:18. I got a door at 3:00am. It’s 6:30 now and I’m still here..this is crazy

I’m giving extra star because they don’t have lumpers . Also they strict with appts,When you reach this place park on street make sure you got tractor license plate photo go to security . After that security will let you in park your truck nearby docks but plz don’t block it and check inn with receiver at this point your appointment doesn’t matter , they will receive you when if need your product , was there at 12am for 1am appt got door at 3:45am start unloading at 5am empty at 7am. So they really don’t care . On top of that NO Overnight park at receiver and on the street .

You can park on the street outside even though there are 'No Parking' signs. Trucks will already be lined up when you get there most likely. At one hour to 30 minutes before your appointment time, keep your truck parked and walk up to the guard shack at gate 2. Bring all of your PO numbers, your confirmation #, your tractor license plate #, and your driver's license. They will give you some papers to fill out and then you'll wait until about 15 minutes before your appointment time to drive into the gate.

Pull up somewhere out of the way (some drivers always seem to fu k this part up) and walk into the receiving door to check in. Have your confirmation # ready as that is the first thing they'll ask for. You'll get your door number and you'll go back into it. There is plenty of room for backing up, but there is always lots of action going on.

Then you wait.

Whole Foods is ruining the County wholesomely. They built no grocery stores in PG, but their truckers are illegally parking on our public roads. It clearly says "No Parking" all along the Cabin Branch Drive.
