Picked up a load in dry van. Checked in and was given a dock right away. Make sure trailer is clean and have pick up number ready. And yes comments are true. Pretty 😍 lady working at the window. Nice and friendly place. Professional and didn't take long to get loaded.

There are no or minimal signage to help the drivers find where they need to be.

Didn't get my door assignment until 0719. I was on station at 0650.

It's a minor inconvenience, but this surface level confusion and delay can be avoided by thorough signage.

I arrived at 11:43 am before anyone at a start pick up time between 12-1pm , it's 3:40 pm 3 drivers got in and out before me and it took for me to go back inside so I can be remembered and now once that 4th driver who got here after me gets loaded then I can. This check-in lady was acting nice but at the same time proving that she was purposely trying to ruin my day by making sure that I was last. Undercover Racist ........................etc

Excellent place to get loaded, beautiful girl in the front desk, she’s so sweet and kind, I arrived at 8:30am for my 2pm appointment, she gave me a door right of way, they load me up so fast, I was out with my paperwork in hand by 10am, I definitely recommend this place 100% I’ll be happy to come back in the future.
