Whiplash Fulfillment Inc is the worst company out there in the warehousing industry. Their employees steal merchandise, their fulfillment operations and shipping software are outdated, almost nothing is automated, their software doesn't sync with the online platforms really well to import the orders properly. Plus they take 3-4 days to fulfill any orders regardless whether it's a small or large order and when the orders are shipped the items are loosely wrapped and purely packaged. And our company decided to move its inventory from their warehouse to a different fulfillment company it took them about 2 months to prepare all the inventory and ship it out and when it arrived at the new location, half of it was destroyed and some was stolen. I would give Whiplash Fulfillment a ZERO star if I could.
