Had my unit for a year. It's currently under new ownership. The answering service is a challenge because apparently they are not in the USA. Very difficult to understand.
The previous owner was not proactive with the upkeep and I had mice in every box and container in there. Now the new owner says he's putting the mice bate outside the units to keep them under control. So we shall see how this works out. I do believe he's trying to get the place in order.
