Unloading was quick. People are very friendly, paking in premises is allowed. Just don't park in front of, dock doors high marks for pickup, and delivery

I don't know why the review is so bad. I really recommend it. I had an appointment at 9:30 am at Sunday, they gave me a door 🚪 at 7:15 and 8:05 am I'm left . thnx

The worst place I’ve ever been to !! Drivers be aware , do never deliver to this place .. my appointment was at 10 am , I got here at 9:30 am .. it’s 1:55 pm now and waiting at the dock. Only one person working and he is on lunch break .. Thank you westrock for making me miss a good load

It took me longer to park.😁 No nonsense type of place. 1300 Appt I arrived at 1257. Done by 1345. Paul Schafer is super fast at his job. My only complaint is that there was paper left in my trailer.

Appt 16:00. Arrived at 14:00. In dock right away, fast loading. Nice folks here. You can sweep out trailer by door 6 dumpster provided.
