I had an extremely frustrating experience with this logistics company. Despite arriving well before my scheduled appointment 9 ended up waiting over six hours for them to load my shipment. There was no communication from their team, and it felt like my time was completely disregarded. After 5 hours someone came to me and said go to another location for pick up

FDA inspector ONSITE does trailer inspections. No, he won't inspect B4 you wait 7 hours to load and are backed into the dock bc he won't crawl up into trailers unless it's at a dock. I've done a lot of food products but this is the worst.

Don’t come here if your trailer is not 100% clean . My trailer was rejected 2 times . Do not wash your trailer with water unless you have something to dry it fast ; and if you do ,you have to wait 24 hrs . Please please make sure your trailer is REALLY clean (no dust or anything)USDA will reject it .

Appointment at 1pm got there at 11am got a door at 11:30am got out of there 12pm. MAKE SURE YOUR TRAILER IS SUPER CLEAN. If you have oil stains on the floors or holes on trailer they will NOT load you. They load sacks of flour and are loaded on the trailers floor no pallets. To save time ask the guy there pre inspect your trailer so you don’t have to wait until you get a door and then get refuse for an unapproved trailer. Other than that it was a great experience at that location.

I honestly don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. The people were very nice and it didn't take long to get loaded. I pull a reefer and after reading the reviews was sure that I was going to get refused. I had my trailer washed out before I came, turned my reefer on 80° to dry it out but it was still a little wet so they let me hang out to let it dry out better and then loaded me.

I'm guessing that none of the drivers that gave bad reviews have ever hauled flour before because if they have they would have known that it absorbs any smells and there can't be any sort of moisture.

Maybe I was lucky enough to catch them on a good day but I also believe that you give what you get and if you know what you're doing and just accept things without getting mad about it and just go with the flow things typically work better.

Had an appt for 2pm and arrived at 11:30am. Nothing like sitting for almost 9 hours before getting into a dock Appointments are useless at this place. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'll never come back here. Stay away unless you wish to waste an entire day.
