I have already used this place for shipping my motorcycle September 2024. I dropped off my white Mercedes Thursday October 17th and will also arrive in Germany very soon. I love coming here. The people are very friendly inside the warehouse such as Andre and Jose. Melinda works the front desk and she's always full of smiles. When calling and working over the phone you'll be working with Monica and Nick and both are excellent representatives for West Coast shipping. I highly recommend West Coast shipping to anybody. It took 6 months of planning to get to this point today. Nick & Monica are fabulous to work with. My motorcycles was checked in in 6 minutes and it was that simple. I enjoyed the employees there they're very helpful and have excellent customer service skills. André was very courteous and helpful and gave me a tour too. Update: As of October 2, everything is working smoothly. Customs has contacted me alerting me of the next steps when the bike arrives. GREAT TEAM WORK from WEST COAST SHIPPING!
