I moved my belongings to West Coast Sorage on April 29, 2024 and I was promised that "they don't do business like Extra Space Storage" when l asked about rate increases. Jasper, the manager, stated that they only raised rates "once per year" which I have since learned was a blatant lie. On June 17, 2024, less than TWO months after moving in, I received a Rate Increase notice informing me that my rate would increase by $70. I called and spoke to another "manager" who said that the $70 increase was not in error and that it was the new rate. No offer to adjust or compromise. I ended up keeping my belongings there because I had just moved in. Now I have received a SECOND rate increase - this time for $100 totaling $170 more than I am supposed to be paying. So bottom line, this company is dishonest and I regret that I got baited into believing the lie about the rates "not increasing more than once per year." Don't plan on storing here if you need a space for more than a month or two. And most importantly, don't believe their lies about rate increases! They claim I was offered an "introductory rate" which was not any cheaper than any of the larger storage facilities, nor was I given a "First Month Free" incentive which is noted in the introductory email I received when I moved in. A classic textbook example of bait and switch! I will never do business with this dishonest company ever again. Moving out ASAP.

The service manager was above and beyond on her duties and information that she relied to me… haven’t needed a storage unit in years but she put me at ease and made it quite enjoyable-the best customer service in a long time!

They are so nice and the storage units are so clean ,the manager PX is so nice she showed me my storage unit first so i could make a choice to keep a small one or to get a big bigger unit but i kept a 5x5 unit for my stuff that i didn't have much and its cheaper than most i have looked for.love the place

The manager, PX, was very helpful in getting me set up at the facility. I still haven’t moved in yet, but everything was pretty painless to do online. If the actual experience is anything like the onboarding, I think it’ll be great.

Joseph was a great help today, I walked in seeking a unit, looking to move out of another company soon( June 1st). He explained everything very well, easy to talk to and gave me the breakdown of pricing and availability. I appreciate that he is friendly and wants to give the best to his tenants, hope he is here to stay.
