People were fine, took away a star because they don’t give any direction. If I had not read the reviews I wouldn’t have know the process. FCFS 6:00 am- 3:00pm, I got here at noon and only 1 truck infront of me on a Monday. Pull in and line up to the left, like stated in other reviews. Doors available were B, C & D. A isn’t for trucks and they had D blocked for their trucks. Open doors, back in, take paperwork inside through door next to A. Sign in and leave the paperwork with your Door, name and cell on it on the table. They come tell you how $$$ lumper is. Lumper was way cheaper than any other I’ve done, $100 for the whole truck, and you need a paper check like EFS. Their lumper is their own, not outside company, so the receipt is a little homemade looking. But the tax ID number is on it.
They give you the paperwork when you give them
the check and you’re free to go.

Once you see the little sign at the front Make a left turn in. Then if there's a line start waiting It might take an hour if there's a long line. When somebody leaves then the next person pulls up to the empty door they only use four doors which are B, C, D, E. WAIT TO CHECK IN after you park then check in.

Sign your name on the visitors list inside on the right hand side drop your bills on the table where there's space for it to be seen. Put your name on it and your number that way they'll call you or they'll just come outside n let u know when your done.

Parkings good it's not tight unless u have door B

I didn't pay lumper fee though have Efs Check ready just in case

Not too bad, get off on imperial, make a right go all the way down to puente and make a right, the earlier you get here the better, this place opens up at 6 am but make sure you are in line before that, line up if you on the left hand side if you go to sleep make sure you set an alarm for 4:00 am so that way you can be ready to move up when the trucks start to move , ONCE AGAIN make sure you line up on the left hand side, that’s where the line will begin. Once a truck pulls out pull in after, write your door number on top of your paper work with your phone number.

Everything is great except the fact that you app time is not honored. It's on FCFS basis, but having said that they are pretty fast at unloading. Lumper is $100 EFS check or CC only!!!

Good people. But the process goes like this. Form a line when you enter. Do not form a double entry line. You will be asked to move as other trucks in the doors need an exit out. However as one truck leaves a door the first in line will get that door.. they aren't harsh on being late but get there on time. They are running a schedule. I'm not sure if they have overnight parking because the facility is very small.

Quick unloading.. open 5 am . Just go to back in to door BCDE any of these then go inside write you door number on BOL and left into table .. they unloade you pretty quick.. fcfs just matter how’s first in the line .. no restroom for driver

I waited for a hour in the gate at shipping and 3 times in and back to truck. I read all the notes on the wall. They go oh it's first come first serve. I wonder how long it will take for unloading! I will never come here again. No communication with driver and shipping and receiving.

Good delivery got us in and out in about an hour
