Very bad experience with Webster Hauling. Firstly they are a broker and they dont own any trucks. They will quote you a low rate which they will not honor. They will be unresponsive after they take your deposit. They will give you a date window of 10 days and they will pick up anywhere in that date window. You are just supposed to hold off all your moving plans and wait for them to show up. I had to reschedule my flight because of their tardiness. Secondly the guy who delivered my car gave me a 5 min headsup before he showed up at my home to drop the car.i was 3 hrs away from my home then because I had no clue my car was to be delivered. Am i just supposed to sit in my home for days waiting for them to suddenly appear at my doorstep. A 24 hr headsup or even a 4 hr headsup would be nice.

1. No I wasnt told that the time window will be 10 days when I paid the advance. I had clearly mentioned my possible dates and they agreed they could do it
2. No I wasnt contacted hours in advance before delivery. No email, sms or call. Just a call 5 mins before the guy reached my place.

Wonderful experience yet again from Wayne at Webster hauling. They safely brought my car from California to Illinois. Communication was excellent every step of the way. Once they take your deposit (their broker portion paid up front) very little communication or follow up. Poor experience overall. Had lower priced options but decided to go with them because they said all the right things but very little support after when there were mechanical issues with the hauling company and seem bothered when I asked for help tracking and getting timing of delivery. I would not recommend.

Responsive and helpful during the entire process. In general, vehicle transport scheduling is very approximate and many brokers tend to be impersonal and can have "set it and forget it" attitude. Webster hauling was recommended to me by a friend, and they exceeded expectations by answering questions and doing everything they could to accommodate my schedule.

Excellent service!!! Responsive to texts and phone calls. Shipped a car from Seattle Washington to Conway Arkansas. Fast & reasonable price. Arrived a day faster than anticipated. Driver communicated along the way. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition.
