Wow! The Waters team overwhelmed us with their professionalism, hard-work, and care for our items. We had a large house to move along with specialty items such as a wine collection and wine fridges, bird cages, and outdoor plants.

We had three trucks and a team of six to start and ended a very long day with 3 additional helpers. We were amazed to get everything moved -safely and orderly-in a single day.

We can’t say enough positive things about the team and would absolutely recommend Waters to anyone looking to move. Five stars are not enough!!

If you are debating movers or a POD…don’t! Waters is the only way to go! Time is money and what they did in 3 hours was more than I could a week. The team was professional, skilled, and handled all our belongings with extreme care! These guys know what they are doing.

Their office staff is always available and patiently answered all my questions. Use Waters anytime you have to move anything!

You are in good hands from the day you schedule an estimate to the day your furniture is all in place in your new digs. Their movers are very professional and take great care with all your belongings, even something purely sentimental like my son’s third grade art project- all blanket wrapped and handled with care. I haven't used this company for moving services, but I was able to provide them with a service in the north lake tahoe area. The staff were true professionals, they loaded and unloaded our belongings in under 8 hours (including a 2.5 hour drive along with breaks and lunch). The team put down floor runners to protect the floors and placed our items where i directed them to be placed. Again they were respectful and careful with our belongings as to not damage our home or belongings ( I worked for another moving company years ago and saw pictures of damage to belongings and homes caused by sloppy movers - ) Would I use Waters Moving again - Yes!!!! Reliable, efficient, careful, value and easy to work with! Waters Moving & Storage are the only movers you'll ever need. We have you used their services a few times.... a three mile move as well as an out of state just yesterday. The date of our recent move was rescheduled due to the completion of our new home. With it being summertime, I was worried I'd have difficulty getting a new date. They worked with me and and we were able to move on time. The men are hardworking, friendly, and unloaded the truck in 5 hours. Everything was put in the rooms we'd specified. There's no need to look any further than Waters. Happy Packing!
