I use the waste connections of Tennessee location located off of Ford road in Marlow. I've been using that location for over 20 years and it has always been very convenient. In fact, I learned to drive by hauling off the trash each Saturday to that location. Harold does a fantastic job overseeing the operation and is always willing to help. He keeps the area running efficiently and keeps it organized. If you live in the Anderson county area close to Marlow, definitely a check out it out and say hello to Harold.

I have to periodically have to contact the company for recycling pick-up.....it generally goes 3-4 weeks before I call and complain. Cindy, at the Oak Ridge office) is always polite and helpful. She explained they are minus a driver for the recycling. However, this has been an issue for years.

I hope the CEO reads these reviews of this company. Ever since the new center has opened up on East Wolf Valley it has been wonderful to have such a nice place. ( thanks to all that helped facilitate it being built ) there are many obvious reasons this facility is so much better than the old facility. But one of the reasons it is better I feel is being overlooked, its one of the staff members. Everyone I talk to in the community feels the same way I do that Emily Commings really needs to be recognized for the outstanding job she does for this company. She is always cleaning up and helping folks out. She's always been quick with a smile or to ask how your day is going. I appreciate all the staff at this facility and what they do. I just feel she goes way above and beyond in her duties for this company.

So I was just spring cleaning my house and I had like six bags of garbage and they tried to say I was a contractor what a crock of crap I live in Oak Ridge and can’t even use the dump I can’t wait to move out of this city

This company is the unreliable.

Way too frequently, our trash pickup was delayed “due to mechanical issues” or they wouldn’t show up period and we’d have to call to get it picked up.

We cancelled our service at the end of September due to these issues. They told us they’d pick up their bin within 10 days. Now 27 days later, they still haven’t came.

I went to the dump the other day and I met Jeffery. He has such an uplifting and positive attitude and he was also willing to help with what had to be disposed of. To add it was a clean environment as well.
