Stopped in to get a tire fixed and no one was in the tire shop so I went upfront and there was a man up front that was very rude. He told me to go to the tire shop and I explained no one was back there and he rudely told me I would just have to find someone. So I went back and looked again and couldn’t find anyone. I went back up front and found a lady that was nicer. We went back to the tire shop, finally finding someone. He told me he would appreciate it if I just went to Hullett’s to get my tire fixed. Poor business practice.

Depending on the staff you're either treated rudely or cordially. Prices are better than TSC on something but higher on others. We've pretty much stopped going because of how some staff act and we found better options on feed.

A good place to get whatever supplies you need for any farm work. Aside from that also great for people managing and maintaining large campuses. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable for any questions you may have related to outdoor work. They also have a tire repair shop.

We started using the Co-Op when we moved here ten years ago; they seemed close to home, friendly, affordable, and had rentable trailers for our horses.

Nine years into knowing the staff, by name, being there all the time, I rented a trailer again to go pick up the two foals pictured in this review. Their mothers had died, they were three weeks old, and dying from multiple illnesses. The vet met us when we pulled in for a full check, neither foal weighed more than one-hundred pounds. But while cleaning the trailer to take it back, I noticed one of the at least inch-thick welded on door hinges had broken. I strapped it up to keep it from any more damage, took it back to them, and went in to tell them about it and ask how much to repair it because it was on my time, though no way did either of these tiny foals who were laying on the trailer floor while I took them home to save them manage to do that, it had to be severely damaged beforehand. No one talked to us, no one asked what happened, no one wanted to hear anything I had to say. They just went out and glared at the trailer, came in, and then played the broken record line of "you need to speak to our manager" to everything I tried to say. No one called us by name anymore, no one asked how my morning was, no one asked if my newest rescue horses were okay, even cut off what I tried to talk to them about with the same manager line.

I never even got to see a manager. And the repair for that single hinge they walked back out to weld themselves? Five-hundred dollars. PLUS, a lifetime ban on me and everyone in my household from the Co-Op. No one said goodbye, no one said they were sorry to see us go, no one offered a way to get business back. It was like we were unwelcome strangers come to town.

The foals made it by the way, if any of the staff care to read this, after a lot of intensive care for two months in a stall of holding their heads up and bottle feeding, they made it.
