Very small place and the Shipping and receiving woman is very very rude,so be aware. You can't check in sooner then 15 before your appointment. and the closest place to park is a pilot 15 miles away. I will not be going back to this location. I really don't understand why the Shipping person that answered the phone is so rude . Trucks move you materials ,so you have a job . If your life is messed up you don't have to be rude to others.

Easy to find enter the premises speed limit is 5 mph. Follow the road about 50 yards park to the left side. Call the number on the sign to check in. Remain in your truck until a door becomes available. Then, back into that dock, it doesn't matter. The unload process took approximately 2 hours, not bad. That's standard for a lot of places. They will ask for bills after they finish unloading you. They will sign those and send you on your way. The people i came into contact with were nice as well. Plenty of room for backing

READ! DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS.

If you pass their place, stop, put your hazards on, and wait for everyone to pass you so you can reverse back. You're in a not so trucker friendly place where you can't find a u turn to turn back around. If this part of town doesn't wanna be trucker friendly, then become an unfriendly trucker!

As for the place, it's crowded. There's Truckers in docks in front of me (the picture 📸) and There's trucks behind me. Trust you will be here for roughly 5 hours. 🙄

Been here 2 hours waiting for a door they were fixing the dock doors once you on a door for delivery they seem to be quick after that when coming to pick up make sure product is ready

So I arrive at 1031 for my 1100 appointment. First. It’s fcfs. They don’t go by appt time. Second. Waited 5 hrs just to get a dock. 7.5 hrs later I’m still waiting for them to finish. Get food and use the bathroom before coming here. You are going to be waiting a very long time. In 2.5 hrs I’ve been at the dock they’ve gone into the trailer 5 times. 1 entrance every 30 mins. Whoever said they load quick is a damn liar. Unless they’re Walmart. They seem to have a deal with them or something. But not all Walmart. Avoid this place unless you need to 8 hrs for a split. No overnight parking as well. But they’ll keep you here all day using up your hours. I arrived with 10-13 on my hrs. Now I’m at 4.5 left to my 11-14. This place sucks.

Appointment time 8 to 9 it is now 10:24 still not done. At one point two trailers got loaded long gone but me at the dock. This load become a minimum wage pu at Ellsimore, Mo. Almost 3 hours to get loaded and almost 3 hours to get unloaded.

One of the jackass who work for them literally cut in front of me as soon he see me about to get in the dock to go park when i told him im going in there all he said was well i work there and you don't so there's nothing you can do about and went on about making some rasict joke like fr this place is a joke not only did they take about 5 hours to load me but the place is a mess the only person who was act Helpful was the lady i got a hold of on the phone

They be on lunch break more than they be on forklifts loading/unloading drivers
SMH terribly slow!! This is no place to be if you have a load after to pickup!! I came here at 7:30 a.m it's now 11:30 and haven't no truck moved out the docks from when they opened up this morning while I haven't even got a dock this is some 🐂💩

Go up
