This is probably the worst place I’ve ever been to. Got here at 10:30 for 11 AM delivery. Guy tells me to park around the corner and then just forgets me. I walked back up and asked what’s going on and they had no idea. The guy apologizes. Then I’m given a door, which I thought was a door. But no, I needed to drop the trailer in a parking spot and they come and pick it up put it in the door and I can’t even pick up my own trailer. The Yard dog needs a new key For every trailer lock so that’s probably super annoying. The person or persons that came up with this process have no idea what they’re doing.

If you're looking here because you're wanting to know how it is to work here, you've come to the right place.
Generally it's like most warehouse type work, just bigger and more automated. That's what largely makes it not easy to work here. There's too many people, spread over a large facility and most of them don't even speak English. There's a few hundred people and and for every 20 people, 19 of them will be Haitian and don't speak any English. You'll have to get use to coming in and most people can't understand you and you can't understand them.

Try to avoid this place. The staff is very friendly, the place is easy to get to. My appointment was at 7:30 pm, I arrived 2 hours before 5:30 pm, then they tell me that I'm early and that I have to come back an hour before my appointment, I came back and they accepted me at 6:30 pm. I left that place at 5:10 am

So far not bad will update but a little confusing at first I was given a parking spot number to drop the trailer I went by every parking spot couldn't find it went back to guard shack and I said there wasn't a parking spot by that letter and number they gave me I was told to just go back and park anywhere near traffic on my second time around I'm looking again just to make sure I'm not crazy I get near the traffic door and I see the spot but it's not for the front row of trailers it's for the back row which the front row is directly in front of with no space at all I really don't understand why they would give me the very back row parking spot with no way to get it in there especially since there was a trailer already in the back with no trailer in front and trailers on both sides doesn't make sense to me but what ever from the previous reviews seems like a lot don't make sense here from my experience at Walmart dcs I use to experience long long wait times that I became so accustomed to I would immediately close the curtains and go to sleep as soon as I back into a door but the past few years they have become so fast with unloading and a much more streamlined process that I would be lucky to get more than a 2 hour nap in verses the normal 6 to 7 hours so we shall see.....

I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on Dec. 7th, it's Dec. 23rd now and still no present, Fedex says the Greencastle PA Walmart Distribution Center made a label for it but has not given it to them, and the Walmart help center says it's on the way which is not true, now I have no Christmas present for my grandson and no extra money to buy another gift, this is very upsetting and heartbreaking.

My first and last time here. I was told by broker that my appointment was 8 am , they lied appointment was 11 am . Turned me around I came back exactly at 10:30 they again turned me and said come back 11am
This is the worst Walmart ever. Other Walmart at least take you in an hour or 2 before the appointment but these people are starting this with the bad management.
