If it’s your first time here the guard shack will show you on a map where to drop loaded trailers and to pickup empty trailers.

Don’t come here early. Check in only 1 hour before appointment. 2 pallet delivered here, 1 hour waited. Almost nice

It's usually a drop n hook for me here, so I usually don't have a problem.

My only complaint is all the bobtail Werner trucks clogging up the little parking there is down the road. Clearly, they have a dedicated account here, is Walmart not letting them park on the yard anymore?
Back when the company I work for had a dedicated account here, you didn't see any of our bobtails clogging up the parking down the road! And there was only one truck stop back then!

Standard DC , check in an hour ahead of time drop trailer and park 2 feet in front of it after 1 hour I was unloaded but you have to wait for the text message which I waited for another 45 min and then you can collect your paperwork, clean restrooms, waiting room , snacks , clerks can work on their hospitality but important part is that they are fast for a DC ,all together nice experience and good job south Illinois I am pleasantly surprised

Gotta love it when you see someone that you know checked in After you. Pulling out of a dock door, just after you finish backing into yours. Other than that. Everybody was as friendly as could be considering how busy the place is. Walmart might want to consider building more warehouses here. Just make sure to buy some bolt cutters if you have a bolt seal. I borrowed some from a kind young yard dog. I didn't think till after I used them. But the company makes them buy their own gear. I tried to pay him for the fact I bent the cutting edge a little, but he turned me down. Welp. On to collecting detention. I didn't get a door until around 2 hours after my appointment.

Everyone is really nice but the mornings are chaotic. Once you get through the guard shack good luck finding a parking spot. There were trucks all over trying to find a place to park. The problem is that they have drivers pull out the dock first and then find a spot to park before they can go in to get their paperwork!!! That makes zero sense ?‍♂️!! My suggestion is that when a trailer in done getting unloaded, that driver should be able to go get his paperwork first and then pull out so they don't have to try to find a parking spot just to get their paperwork. This Walmart DC is retarded ?.

When you check in they say park inside we will call you it’s 2 hours no call still waiting

No parking on street
LOVE TRUCK STOP

Was not pleasant for me. It made me late for my 2nd drop.
