Wasn't too bad of an experience. These guys are pretty quick. Gotta disconnect just like most Walmart DC. And they will move your trailer when they're done unloading out of the way to get more in!! Overall about a 8👍

Good place to go and unload cargo. Have your correct Delivery Confirmation Number and check in One hour ahead only!
Overnight Parking on left side before arriving at security shack to check in.
Slide Tandems to the rear of trailer, disconnect and park at spaces facing shipping and receiving office.
They call you when unloaded to get your paperwork.
If your trailer is not at dock door once finished they might have moved your trailer to the gravel dirt yards on each side of the shipping Office Building.
Hopefully this helps everyone else from doing circles at the yards if your trailer is not at the dock door.

If you want to waste 5 hours, you’ve come to the right place.
11:00 AM, Appointment showed up at 10:51
Was done by almost 5
Was given door 222, there was a trailer parked there, had to find someone out of the 10 yard jockeys working, everyone was too busy. dropped trailer, disconnect bobtail to parking area in front of A-3 across from drivers entrance, wait for text message

I dont review much but this is needed. This is the worst place on earth to get unloaded. I came 4 hours early. Thats on me because they said they dont take early appointments earlier than 1hr before apt time. BUT even after my apt time they got me unloaded in about 2 hrs. Now, im waiting for about another 2 hrs JUST FOR PAPERWORK!! And when they unloaded me i only found out by driving to my door and seeing the green light so i went inside and asked and they told me im unloaded. Lady called me 15min later to let me know i was unloaded because i guess she didnt realize it was me. I go back in to get paperwork and she tells me 4hrs is usual. I thought she was joking but she was dead serious. I have more than enough time to write this review.
