Jackson Walmart is putting everything in glass cases! Don't expect any customer service here. Vacuums are locked up, and no one came to help. I had to go find someone only leaving 3 stars because of the nice worker in self check out

The savings are great!
From clothing to bath, kitchen, home, pet food, produce, frozen food and fresh food, vitamins, and more, the selection is great.
A 4 rating for check out. Although checkers are accurate
Lines move on the slow side.
I find bagging my goods help with the time in line.

It's Walmart. The employees steal. The managers complain to customers about their staff and corporate and other customers. Common items like pet food and kitchen staples are overpriced. The other products are cheaper, but lower quality. The bathrooms are very clean weekly. The auto department is great for a few basic services. More and more things are being locked up in cabinets and you have to keep pressing that call button so somebody shows up. All in all, a pretty typical Walmart. 4 Stars if you support stores with service like this. 0 Stars compared to everywhere else.

Wish could give negative stars. Google please offer this in 2025, add this feature. I spent over 200 at check out. since I didn't pick the check out they wanted. She was acting very racist towards us. She treated us like we were going to steal. The white lady was very racist. She was very clearly scanning every thing I scanned. I'm a manager and they where not professional in there customers service. At the end I paid and gave her my receipt to let her know hey I paid. This was horrible!

Although most of the cashiers are very friendly, there never seems to be enough working. Also i think for the amount of people who shop there, the building is just way too small. There hasn't been one time that I have gone that hasn't triggered my anxiety because it is just way too crowded.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the pharmacy staff. Jeaniel is a gift from God, and so are the rest. And the checkers are AMAZING also. Fantastic model employees and humans

I had a problem with my pick up order from this location. Posted feedback and received this email from a so called "coach" he/she never followed up even after I replied to the email.
Hello Mr *, my name is Cody I am a coach here at your Jackson Walmart I am contacting you regarding an issue you had with an order you placed with us, I apologize for this situation and would like to talk to you more about this issue thank you .
Never heard back from this individual and there wasn't any contact info in email.
