Will not use this pharmacy again if I can help it. Slow down and take care of your customers and stop trying to get them out the door. I take seizure medication and the young lady there input my new insurance and told me it was rejected. Called the cs number on back of my insurance card. Walgreens employee tried again and rejected. Left feeling defeated. After leaving, I Decided to call Walgreens to talk to someone different and to let them know insurance had not received any rejected claims nor any submitted claims so we went over the member numbers to make sure they were correct and he tried a couple different things and it worked. Thank you to the older gentleman working there. You younger employees SLOW DOWN. I wasted 1.5hrs of my time today on this matter which could have been avoided. I wish I would’ve gotten her name- long brown hair. And after using insurance for medicine for the first time, it was more expensive than what I was purchasing cash price with discount from Walmart.

Poor staff needs more help they seem over worked usually and a little hectic cuz they’re always so busy. I feel for em! But they are always so nice and pleasant no matter how busy they are which is fantastic!

This Walgreens is very very busy but I like the service that they render to their customers because they will take the time out to find out what it is that you need and if you don't understand they will help you to figure it out. Even on the super busy days if you need to ask questions or even get a shot they will stop what they are doing to accommodate you great job Walgreens on Grove Street

Man at window argued with my husband & said he didn't have mine. My husband ignored his rudeness An d FINALLY GOT MY PERSCRIPTIONS. WILL had to tell him he knew they were there because we had gotten a text from y'all. It wasn't a short incident. We've never had a problem with discounters people before. Maybe he was new. He's high strung & won't listen

I love my Walgreens on Grove and their staff. I guess my favorites are Kim, Wendy, and I suppose Michael!!! lol Out front I like the young lady with the BLACK hair. She's very nice. I like Brittany and she's very nice. Actually, I like everyone.

Busy, busy, busy. A bit slow due to so many customers, but the service was friendly. Maybe over priced. Primarily a pharmacy with a very limited selection of medical odds and ends and over the counter drugs and vitamins.
