Arrived at this location at 9am to make a delivery. I was sent to a building to get unloaded. The guy at that receiving office didn’t know where or who to send me to to get unloaded. Went back to the check in office and they said we don’t know either. No respect. They didn’t even attempt to help me solve my issue in where the load was being delivered to. The broker gave me 4 contacts within the corporation and no help. As soon as I said I was leaving I started to get assistance from every direction. Waited 3 hours for a 5 min unload

This is the first place where the reviews are on point usually ill read a bad review somewhere and will get treated better when i arrive at the place. This is not the case here. I had an appt for 11am Wednesday morning 11/30/22 but was moved to 1pm because they wanted too is the only reason. Got a door at 2 pm docked and waited. At 5pm worker comes out and tells me im at the wrong department and have to get a door reassigned i go back to the office and they put me back on a waiting list for a door. At 11pm they have a door ready i dock and it is now almost 3pm Thursday 12/01/22 and they have not started offloading my trailer i have a 20,000 weight load half a trailer and they have not moved one pallet out. Im missing time with my family now because of this my 5 yr old is waiting for me back home and he will be heartbroken when i tell him i got set back a day or 2 because of this company. Do Not come offload here these people do not care about drivers i have not ate and they will not allow me to drop my trailer to get a bite to eat.

One of the worst places I've had to deliver to. I've been here for about 12hrs and I'm still not unloaded. Security was rude. Don't ever Live-unload here if you have a choice. You'll waste alot of your hours just sitting at a dock.

This got to be the worst place. They forget about you for an hour. Nobody cares. Brutal. Everyone just says I'll find someone. Lol bunch of misorganized and clueless people. If these are the people making your VW maybe buy something else not VW.

TCC is very slow. About 12-15 ppl in line and line move every 15m. If it's raining. There no where to stand or sit while we wait. Worst check point ever.
