Don’t work for a company call Penske they don’t care about their employees. The supervisors is lazy, careless and poor lack of communication. They cut corners, cut people hours and don’t go over safety protocols. It’s an unsafe environment and one driver doesn’t let the workers load his truck hold us hostage for some personal reason. Ron and Jamal just sit in their office don’t come out around 6:30. When I came into their office I saw one of the supervisor sleeping at his desk. Just a careless company doesn’t care about employees safety or the hours of people work.

I am also sending this to corporate mangers in the company. Such a poor reflection on Volkswagen. Our kids were playing basketball next door and parking is a problem. The 2 disrespectful unprofessional mangers decided it was a good idea to call a tow truck for the cars parked in the parking lot instead of actually working with the neighbors and community. They were towing a woman's car that was upset and I can't imagine this being my first resort in this situation as a facility mangers myself. We try and build strong relationships with our neighbors and community. The 2 guys that manage the parking lot were laughing at everyone and when I asked why this was how they handled this issue they smiled and laughed at me. I asked why they don't work with the neighbors and put up signs, or information like most managers would do when events like this are happening they said we don't have to like children. So sad the level of immaturity and lack of management skills. A tow truck should be a last resort and they use it without even trying to avoid the problem in the first place. Corporate will be getting email from all the parents I talked to, the clowns even would not tell me who they were and said they are the manager and and acted like they have no one above them that will ask what happened and look at this behavior and how poorly it reflects on them. So sad. Also, I did not even park in the parking lot of Volkswagon. I was so disgusted by seeing the woman's car getting towed I went to go see why this was the tactic they chose to handle the situation.
