Just want to share my experience with this facility. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am, and I have arrived earlier at 9:40 am, they have given a dock right away upon my arrival. After waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes I asked when they were going to unload to which they said they had to go for lunch break. And my question is why on earth do they make appointments if they cannot follow it? And they don’t care about driver’s time and schedule at all. Overall I entered the facility at 9:40 am and leaving it at 1:40 pm which is 4 hours of waiting!!!

Guys I am Arrived 2 hrs to app late 0945 no problem at all plenty space no overnight Parking but nice nice 100% satisfaction 😀

1️⃣Greedy management , they have plenty of space BUT they do not providing overnight parking here.
2️⃣Second they will ask you to stay inside the warehouse until unloaded.
3️⃣12:00 pm lunch time 30 min
4️⃣1h for unloading

There is no turn around space on the street and there is a small gate on start of Riley Ridge Road that closed at night no one give us instructions to Reach only appointment Time. Everywhere no parking boards on street I have to back up truck around 1 mile and then go back to Truck Stop
