Purchased from VIPOutlet via eBay. Wrong product sent to me not just once, but TWICE. I ordered a knife. Wrong knife arrived. I reached out to the seller. Gave them a chance to correct the frustrating scenario. Package arrives a few days later with the same, but WRONG, product again. I refuse to waste my time with this business. I'm taking my time to help prevent other buyers from wasting their time.

The reason their cell phone prices are low is because they are locked to a carrier (Straight Talk in my case) with no mention of it in their listings. I notified them of this and the listing has not changed, which shows it is intentional. I'm sure they get a certain percentage of buyers who just eat it, which makes it a worthwhile tactic.

Wouldn't recommend unless you want to gamble your money. Got an ups that said it was new but was old and used and didn't work. I returned it and never received the refund and when I emailed the customer care, there was pretty much no useful response.

I'm a Walmart associate and part of our discounts available VIP lists deals for us, advertising Walmart associates get up to 40% off but I did some research and VIP is actually charging associates at least 5% more than regular customers. Walmart corporate needs to look into this.
