Another update... Dropped it off Friday, Nov 27 and it arrived in Yên Phong Dec 5!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!!
Anther update. I dropped off a package yesterday and my son already received a phone call saying the package was on it's way to Yên Phong. GREAT service!!!
Another update, I dropped off a package on Sunday and it was in Viet Nam to a city North of HCM City/Saigon, received Friday morning their time. (Thursday night my time) Thank YOU Vietlink Global!!!
update.... I have been shipping there now for over 2 years. They ship, it is a great way to ship to Việt Nam. I've shipped a lot of items there. One time is was really quick, I left the package on Sunday, it was in Yên Phong the next Saturday!! I was there today, Sunday 12.07..2020
I needed to ship a package to Viet Nam. I've sent packages before through FedEx and USPS, FedEx is TOO expensive and USPS is kind of slow to get there. I went to this company on Saturday and they said the package would be there on Friday. That is s few weeks faster than USPS and the cost was reasonable. Import tax was included in the shipping fee.

Been here a few times. Never experienced inadequate services; only negative people come here with nasty attitudes. They take their time to wrap your items to ensure it does not break during shipping.
Even though it’s slow with few clients, each employee handles it one by one with care, not rushing to catch another client, so I’m delighted to see this!

I have used Vietlink Global to send packages to Vietnam many times and have always had great service. The packages usually arrive within 1 to 1.5 weeks. I will keep using them again.

Arrived in 7 days! To be honest, I was skeptical because of the reviews; I was afraid the package was going to be delayed or lost, but it arrived way earlier than expected! There's a tracking number too btw.
I visited Vietlink Global last weekend after calling and visiting other Shipping Centers in the Westminster area (where they said they won't be able to ship my package out until one week, and it won't arrive to Saigon until 3-4 weeks later. According those centers, Vietnam customs aren't accepting any packages ever since Tet. One center even showed me a pallet that reached to Vietnam, but got shipped back to him)...
Anyway, the man and the younger gentleman were helpful and reassured me that the package will arrive safely within 10-14 days (but 7 days!!). However, I somewhat agree with one of the other reviews mentioning about the younger woman.. she doesn't have good people-skills, but she definitely is just doing her job.
Great rate/ price and quick service! This is my first time using a Shipping-to-Vietnam- service and this will now be my go-to center!

Update: my package 📦 almost 2 months still not any news. Both office, and manager’s phone numbers not responded.

Not sure why so many bad reviews, been coming here for almost 1 year every weekend with my wife. Price is fair, and service is good and quick except on promotion days 😁. Packages always delivered on time (10 days tops) and no missing items. If price is too high, don't cry about it here, just go to a different shop 🤷‍♂️.

Too terrible they just took ur money and didn't deliver it until u requested. They also didn't pay for the customs then that is why they hold it until Vietlink paid off then your items would be taken out.

I just want to give this business one star if i can. The most terrible customer service ever. Always asking for more extra fee, promising delivery on time, but never do well. I went there to delivery my stuff on Tuesday (they said they have shipment everyday except Wednesday and Saturday before 3pm). On that Tuesday, after i gave them my stuff, an employee asked me $40 extra for exporting fee to get the stuff deliver before next Thursday. However, until Friday the stuff still did not deliver yet. I called them to ask, an employee answered me that they cannot make the shipment on time on that Tuesday (so my stuff was shipped on Thursday instead on Tuesday as they promised) which they told me they had shipment that day (Tuesday) before 3pm and also charge me $40 export fee to get the stuff deliver on the time I wanted.

This is the second time happening to me. I wont come back to this exporting service any more. I just want to give a message to the owner that you are not the only exporting service to Vietnam, so don't act like you can fool customers around and still run this business well.

I suggest you not to try to use their services. Their customer services are too bad and terrible. Now they say $2.75 per pound, then they use a big box that seems to fit to put all your stuffs inside and charge you more by the difference between the real total weight of your stuffs and the amount of money that is applied for the size of the box. All my goods are around 32 pounds. They used a box that can be contained up to 42 pounds and asked me to pay the difference of 10 pounds. Another choice is that I have to buy more items that are weighed 10 pounds and still pay the difference of that 10 pounds. The man who helped me pack my stuff did not tell me anything until I asked for. His service is so bad at well. He looked so lazy to pack everything as fast as he could. The first time I try their service is my last time as well.
