Wow these guys must really hate their jobs. Besides being unhelpful in the utmost, he was also super rude. I would rate my kafkaesque experience as negative 14 stars, but I doubt anyone at Verizon gives a shit.Even if I have to settle for worse or even awful service I’m changing carriers. I’d rather use carrier pigeons than be condescended to by some guy who works at a phone store.

Well over an hour plus wait just to get a gift card . Then it didn't even work!! And still had to wait. While other customers walked out staff slow.

#1! I talked to the Verizon store on the phone and they told me to come to the store and they would print a shipping label and box the phone I need to send back. They gave me the address and made sure I knew where I was going. I load my family and we drove to the Hot Springs store. There was a lady checking people in & said she’d get me signed in, but there was a couple people ahead of me. That’s no biggie. I can wait. She asked what I was needing so I told her I needed a shipping label and a box to ship my phone back. She said “I don’t think we can do that, but we will be with you in a moment.” I said “I was literally just on the phone with yall and yall told me to come up here to do it.” She proceeded to say “that’s what they tell you, but we can’t do that here.” She wasn’t being real nice when saying this. Turns out….. they can’t do that there! So why in the world would they tell someone to drive to their store to do this in person IF THEY CANNOT DO THIS IN PERSON
I am so upset. All I ever get now is the runaround from Verizon. They’re trying to charge me $1,000 for a phone that they want back, but it’s almost impossible to send it back. I usually print the label myself, but we’re in the process of moving and I don’t have my office set up yet. I am going to home to set it up now before they try to make me pay for this phone that no longer works!!!!

#2! My family was in the car and my 3 kids all had to use the bathroom so they came in the store with me and politely asked if they had a restroom…. Well they have one BUT an employee has to take you back there & they were so busy they couldn’t! I have a 10 year old, 6 year old & a 4 year old that just rode almost 2 hours to this store and they wouldn’t let them use the bathroom. I’m just disgusted with the way these employees acted towards me and my family today. I will drive elsewhere next time.

Terrible manager here! Worst Verizon store in history of Verizon stores. Verizon is a terrible company if you want a business service. Getting a business line is a total joke I spent 5 hours in two days at this location working with the employees here to get phone service and switch over. They put my phone on hold and they gave it away to someone yet made me come back. I can’t tell you what a disaster this store is. Do not come here if you are a professional of any sort needing phone service. You won’t get it but you will sit here for hours on end and get zero help. Waste of your time, energy and life dealing with these clowns running this store. Go to the other Verizon store Russel wireless, I was finally able to get a new line and new phone ordered in and the employees were on it.

Got two great deals on new phones and got a better phone plan on top of that! 😁 The lady that helped us was awesome! Very nice to talk with and very knowledgeable about what we needed, and more. Did have a long wait, but honestly never thought of making an appt like some did. (During especially busy hours.)

Sandra is a ROCKSTAR! She was so helpful for myself and my family. We brought her with four different things we needed handled and she took care of us with a great attitude and would not let us leave until everything was perfect. I had put off needing a new phone for a long time because I dread the entire experience but she was so helpful and such a joy to be around. We will always go back to see her and wait for her to be the one to help us.

I had a very challenging situation regarding my account... However, Erica, Blaine and the other young lady who was present but I was unable to catch her name (sorry), were super-professional and assisted to the best of their abilities. Although NOT ONE of the products I came to the store to purchase was in stock, I would still definitely recommend a visit to this store, simply due to my interactions with the employees. 5 🌟

Erica(sp) was very kind, compassionate, understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable; most certainly management material. I would consider all 3 employees with whom I interacted very valuable assets to the Verizon organization.
