Had an international LTL shipment with Fernanda Ortega. On the first occasion she sent the driver without all paperwork filed, which resulted in the load being returned. On the second occasion, everything was filed and submitted from my end, only to be returned once again. This unprofessionalism led to me losing money and in addition was a bad look for me in front of my partners. Will never have anything good to say about this brokerage.
