I showed up an hour early with a clean and precooled trailer and they gave me a door immediately I was loaded and bills in hand in 80 minutes and everyone is super nice.

So far its okay easy check-in. Arrived at 745a for a 830a appointment. Checked in waited 5 mins at my truck a guy came over verified my truck, and temp. Gave clear instructions of no U-turns and its clear why. So far its a good experience.

This place is ridiculous they took 4 hours to load 5 pallets.
One pallet needed to move from a previous pick up, they charged $75 look this restroom Only one Portable bathroom which was extremely filthy

If you plan on doing business here, make sure to use the restroom elsewhere first!. The porta poti, is unsanitary to say the least hasn't been dumped or cleaned in like forever. I asked them to use the restroom and it's for employees only. if I could give it less than 1 star I would ! The attitude of the people here sucks if you hate your job that much work someplace else don't infect everybody else with your negativity and poor attitude !!!!!!e

Save your driver HOS and avoid this place all together!
Complete incompetence….it’s been 8 hours since our appointment and still have not loaded the 6 pallets! That’s right only 6 pallets at -10F
Out time was 5pm on a 9am appointment.

Not a bad experience. They open @ 7 so just press the assistance button on main sliding dore and does will open then go to second left for Cold Storage entrance. We was greeted and directed by a nice gentleman in a golf cart toward the checking office. Ya the don't let you use there bathroom and will direct you to a portable-potty, it was OK clean, not bad. I don't find any ride person they were good supportive. NOTE: Be aware they charge you a $150 Late Fee, if you are 15min late so be early and save money. Rest is fine.

This is worst facility ever i checked in at 1:45pm and my appointment was at 3:00pm and no one gave me response unlit 9:30 and they were so careless of time and truckers stay away from these type of companies and save you time. I would rate it 0 stars if i could. Truckers wake up and value your time. I left this company at 9:30 without load and my refer was running at -10 the whole day.

Worst shipper/ receiver in valley avoid this place if u can…appt was @12:00pm
Check in @11:45am and now its 10:00pm still not loaded yet…reefer running at -10* continuous they don’t care about any think also have no answer how long it will take. 👎🏻👎🏻. Save your precious time by avoiding this place.
