I'm here to pick up a load going to Bay St. Louis Mississippi at jindar tubular. Customer service is holding things up. Load is ready on the dock. The loaders said they can't do anything until customer service releases. Maybe a large detention bill will have an affect for future drivers. And the phone number to this place automatically forwards your call to a answering service. And of course no call back.

They don’t care about drivers time, they smoke every two,three minutes. Have been here since morning now it’s 5: pm. They told me the load supposed to pu yesterday, well I just booked it I said N still not ready, so how is that if it was a yesterday load and now ready today?!!!!! And their phone doesn’t work what a horrible company it is

Quick friendly service. Nice friendly people. Got to delivery 14 hours before appointment. Got unloaded in 20 min. They even Allowed me to stay on the yard overnight and make a 34 hours restart. Great place very nice people!!!

Was a good day. In and out within an hour. Most important is communication. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone with the contact number after hours. But, finally received a pick-up time after company received my ETA. Thanks Receiving/Shipping Joshua McGuire and crew for the fast and great customer service.
