First time here. I had a 1 pm appointment and arrived at 11:20. I had a door within 10 minutes and loaded with a full trailer within 40 minutes. Wish everyone else was this nice and quick

01 /20 /25 I delivery here app @10:00 arrived @7:15 gate open @7:30 no overnight parking but is truck stop 15 minutes away,office open @8:00 get door @8:15 good people here thank you.

I delivered the load here couple of times.After checked In got the door in 5-10 mins and they start unloading right away.Plenty of space But no overnight parking.U guys can park At loves like 15 mins drive or At millenium Dr 1 min drive to warehouse.It's opposite to the warehouse.Security guard and the lady inside the office is nice too

Overall a pretty decent experience! Apt was for 0900. Checked in at 0830. Got a door right away. You back to the door with doors closed and wait for the loader to come out. Loader came out at 0930, backed into door and loaded by 1000. Went to office and waited about 20-30 mins on paperwork. Back on the road by 1030!

I'm not sure about overnight however there is plenty of room onsite to move around. There is a guard shack and shipping doesn't open until 0800 so that's why I'm not sure on the parking. Either way a decent experience, thanks guys and gals!

Update: After I left, went 8 miles down the street to scale and was way overweight. Went right back and now it is 1245 still waiting on a call to have them take two pallets off. Not good at all. The lady in the office, however, was very nice and professional.

Had an absolute great experience. The guard at the gate was very polite and asked if I had been here before and was quick to help out. Walked into the shipping and receiving office and the lady there was absolutely pleasant to deal with. My appointment was at 9 and I checked in at 8:30. I was given a door working 30 minutes and I was unloaded in less than 45 minutes. Great experience overall. 5 stars.

Beware this company stole money from our company. They blamed my driver for not watching their forklift operator's. I will provide pictures to show clearly two forklift marks on this load. Please if this has happened to u. Please build a case against the company for a 1983. If u have had similar problems I'm on all social media platforms and will post on all platforms. This company is a scam and doesn't have any respect for drivers and how much they sacrifice so they can be taken advantage of. Ya know if ur guy accidentally gave a bad quote all ya had to do was talk to ya boy and we have figured it out. Instead we have to go a different direction just retrieve my money. This company has no problem with taking from a drivers livelihood and should probably be investigated. But I understand his frustration from companies continuing to take and take and take some more. I'm tired of it as a owners this type of behavior should be the final straw.
