Valley Churches United is a wonderful organization that does sooo much for so many.

They help with gifts for kids at Christmas, and hikiday meals. They also have regular food distribution daily as posted on their website.

VCU also does their best to adjust to specific diets.

Diabetes, or even low sodium and gluten free. They can't always accommodate but do try when able.
The staff are hardworking and committed. The most wonderful people. Thank you VCU!!

I lost my home due to the czu wildfires in Santa Cruz. I still don't have a place to live and I'm sleeping in my car but the women at this organization were very caring and helpful. They helped me with a prepaid card to purchase essentials like toiletries and stuff. Then they also gave me a gas card so I could put some gas in my car AND since it was the day before Thanksgiving they did something that they don't usually do and they paid for a motel for me for a few nights so I wouldn't have to sleep in my car on Thanksgiving. Absolutely wonderful people

Turned me away for food at Easter for not having verification of address. When a simple no could have been used, one lady followed me through out the food distributor to tell everyone there I was to get nothing. Extremely rude and uncalled for. I just moved to the area and would not drive four hours from my driver's license address just to scam someone out of food.

Valley Churches is one of the most compassionate, caring and helpful organizations in the valley. Not only do they help with food but provide many other services two people who are in need. I love their Christmas stocking program where are you get to choose a child and buy presents for Christmas. The boatique has many Treasures... I am blessed by being a volunteer there once a week and work with did fantastic crew of people.

Dear Valley Churches United Mission Team..,,,we were so deeply saddened by Annettes' passing but it is bittersweet because her legacy will remain in her honor just as strong as those she entrusted to carry on her mission...Annette will always be in the heart of this valley because for many years she was the heart in this valley...she allowed all of us to share in the joy of giving and receiving and no one got in her way when it came to caring...our prayers and respect go out to annettes' family and her valley churches united family, linda lovelace and team...even in her passing she has left a little piece of herself in everyone of you! and for that we are thankful....from our hearts to yours , nana (kat kelley) and natalia testa (natty the pink violin player...)

This is a local charity that provides emergency assistance, a food pantry, and referrals to other resources. The staff are compassionate. An excellent way for the community to care for those in need.
