The driver (white guy) driving truck with plate: TPV8035 just nearly ran over the front of my car all because he didn’t want to wait in the line to turn. Then proceeded to cut me off and slam on his brakes in front of me. 2/7 @ 10:16 in Lancaster off I-20 and Houston school road. Do better.

As a longtime hotshot Owner Operator for 25 years I found this to be a troubled trend in our industry. 5:00an to 5:00 pm.. like I said 25 years of the pros and cons,, If a guy is putting in 110% everyday, give him his worth and stop putting his money in your pocket. Shame on the companies that uses this technique, some of the upper management never hit the road like a true Hotshot Driver...

As the Safety Officer for Valentine Delivery Services operating in the DFW area, I would like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention regarding one of our company vehicles.

Upon receiving the report, I conducted a thorough review of the onboard camera footage for the time and date in question. After careful examination, I found no indication of harsh braking or unsafe maneuvers by our driver. The footage shows the vehicle operating in heavy traffic conditions, which appears consistent with the photo provided.

While there is no evidence of aggressive driving behavior, we take all feedback seriously. Situations involving lane changes and interactions with surrounding traffic can be misinterpreted or create discomfort for others on the road. For that reason, I will be using this incident as a coaching opportunity to remind all of our drivers to remain vigilant, courteous, and cautious—particularly in heavy traffic or high-stress environments. We continuously emphasize that professionalism behind the wheel includes being aware of how our actions may be perceived by others.
