They did not give me a dock for 6 hours after I checked in. I asked again and they told me 50% is ready and they will do the rest ASAP. I had no choice and it was night, so I had to wait. Finally I went in the morning and asked what was going on the whole night. The shipper said that there is only one pallet left. But it wasn’t ready. I spent 21 hours to get loaded, but not yet. I gave them one more hour to complete the load or to unload the trailer. Still I am on the dock. I don’t recommend a driver to come here.

Worse place to pick up load ever. Got here at 10:00 for a 11 am appointment just to sit over 16 hrs for a load with a 6am appointment. Pick up 1-7-25 at 11am with delivery 1-9-25 6am, but wasn’t even loaded till the next morning 1-8-25 and have to drive 13 hrs. Avoid and my company will never haul again for them
